Just completed a Coursera class on MCP.
Not because I needed a certificate (although it's always nice!). But because if you advise leaders on AI, you need to understand the plumbing, not just the pitch.

Here's what resonated: AI is not a tool. It's a new labor force. MCP is what makes that labor force actually show up to work.

Before MCP, connecting an AI agent to your systems was a bespoke project. MCP makes it a plug-and-play standard. With MCP, agents easily connect to your systems, access your data, and execute.

That's the difference between a prototype and a workforce.

Senior leaders don't need to code this. But they need to understand what it unlocks, and what it changes about how they staff, budget, and decide.

Learn. Understand. Use. Share.
