Feels like Monday? Turn it around and make it the start of a great week!

1- Arrive with a โ€œone outcomeโ€ lens (5 min).
Before opening email, write the single most valuable outcome for the team this week. If you canโ€™t say it in one sentence, itโ€™s not clear enough.

2- Run a 10-minute stand-up (same time, same place).
Ask only: What did we finish? Whatโ€™s next? Whatโ€™s blocked? Keep it fast, factual, and focused on flow, not status blabla.

3- Make priorities painfully explicit (10 min).
Pick the top 3 items that create the most value. Everything else is โ€œnot now.โ€ Clarity beats optimism.

4- Remove one impediment before lunch (15โ€“30 min).
Your highest-leverage work on Monday: eliminate whatโ€™s slowing people down (unclear ownership, waiting on approvals, missing info, tool access). Treat waste as unacceptable.

5- Time-box planning, then commit.
Do a short planning huddle: define โ€œdone,โ€ break work into small deliverables, and set a visible checkpoint. Plan for reality, not fantasy.

6- Create a feedback loop today.
Schedule a quick demo/review midweek with stakeholders or users. Nothing aligns a team like showing working progress early.

7- End Monday with a 5-minute โ€œinspect & adapt.โ€
What did we learn today? What will we change tomorrow? One small improvement, every day, compounds.

This Monday, don't just show up, show the way!
