In a fast-changing market, the company with the best strategy rarely wins. The company that learns the fastest does.

Strategy is a snapshot. ๐‹๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ข๐ฌ ๐š ๐Ÿ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ž๐ฅ.

While one team perfects a 40-slide plan, another runs twenty small experiments, keeps the three that work, and compounds them. Tim Ferriss made the point years ago: the winner is rarely the one who guesses best. It is the one who tests cheapest and most often. Run a hundred small experiments a quarter, and you ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ-๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ running ten, even on an identical budget.

The only evidence that counts is the kind people pay for: a preorder, a paid pilot, a signed letter of intent, real usage. Before building, identify the ๐œ๐ก๐ž๐š๐ฉ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐œ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐›๐ฅ๐ž ๐ญ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ that proves customers will pay, not merely applaud.

Booking.com turned this into a machine. At any moment it runs more than a thousand live experiments, on pricing, messaging, layout, the smallest details. Anyone can launch one. New hires ship their first test within weeks. ๐ƒ๐ž๐œ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ ๐ž๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž, not the loudest opinion in the room. That discipline helped build a company worth well over 100 billion dollars. Its own engineers say it plainly: ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐œ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  beats elegance of code.

For years, a disciplined testing habit was expensive and slow. You needed engineers to build the tooling, specialists to design valid tests, and weeks to run each one. ๐€๐ˆ collapses all three. It can generate the hypotheses, draft the landing page, assemble a rough prototype, and interpret the results, so a small team can run multiple credible tests in days rather than quarters.

The implication is liberating. Every assumption you are debating is simply an experiment you have not yet run. Stop debating it. Price it. Test it. Let customers settle it.

Try this: take the biggest thing you are about to build, and design the cheapest test that would prove someone will pay for it. Run that first.

What are you about to build that you could test first?
